What it is
Okeh is for sending quotes, proposals and briefs as a link, with your studio's logo.
The client opens the document on their phone, with nothing to install. They pick the option they prefer and sign with a code sent by email: it is a simple electronic signature under the eIDAS regulation, and a PDF certificate comes at the end.
Whoever sends the document sees when it is opened and how many times. The same link also works for reports, instructions and meeting notes.
Who it is for
For people who work on their own or in a small studio, in Italy.

How it works
Three steps, from template to signature.
01You prepare the document
Pick one of the 28 templates or write a couple of lines, and the AI drafts the quote with your logo.
02You send it as a link
The client opens it on their phone, with nothing to install. You see when they open it and how many times.
03The client signs
They pick the option and sign with a code sent by email. A PDF certificate follows, with the document's seal.
